Shipping Policy

• We ship within 1-3 business days of when you place your order. A small percentage of items require a longer ship-out time as noted in our Shipping & Delivery Exceptions chart below. 

• We ship via all major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately, customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice. 

• On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order. We will notify you by email if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe stated on each item product page. 

• Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. You should receive your products within 3-5 business days from the day you order them. 

• PO Box Shipping: We can ship most items to a PO Box. If we determine that an item cannot be shipped to a PO Box, we will ask you to provide a physical shipping address. 

• APO/FPO Shipping: We can ship most items to APO/FPO destinations. We usually deliver such items to the US military post office within 5-10 business days of the day you order. 

• International Shipping: CANDA, US TERRITORIES, please add $70 on your order. 

• Alaska and Hawaii Shipping: $70 on top of your order. 

• SHIPPING DAMAGES 1)Please call if you items are damaged. 2)Return label will be issued 3)Full refund, replacement parts, or replacement will be issued. 4)Obvious shipping damages, please open & check the items, if damages are severe, please refuse the shipment. 

Return Policy

• You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. * You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products. We will NOT refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges. 

• If you initiate a return after 30 days, homedecorbuy.com may issue a partial refund depending on elapsed time and condition of merchandise.
